Eating lean and green is a tasty way to have low carb meals in your diet. I’ve been working hard on some of our favorite recipes to include protein, 3 servings of vegetables, and low carbohydrates. I love noodles, rice, and bread. For low carb alternatives, try spaghetti squash, zoodles, cauliflower rice, and revolution or cloud rolls.
