I try to take my vitamins and drink a lot of water throughout the day. I don’t get headaches as much if I drink a bunch of water.
Hey Rebecca, Water seems to fix a lot of things! I try to drink 64 – 100 oz. each day.
I keep a big jug of water in refrigerator so I can keep track of how much water I drink.
